Jonathan Bastian
The "Heart" of Pique Developments
Jonathan loves mature walkable neighbourhoods, and focusing on projects that can incorporate design - through either cosmetic or large scale renovation projects. Jonathan has a deep passion for architecture and is involved in the design elements and finishes of every project. He also works with the investor partners for different projects. In addition to his love of real estate development and design, Jonathan lives an active outdoor lifestyle – including skiing, running, triathlons, and travel.
He is married to Taryn, and they have a daughter Rya and a son James. They are a family that love outdoor adventure.​​
Ryan Bastian
The "Head" of Pique Developments
Ryan loves residential real estate, and loves seeing a project move from concept to completion. He lives in Woodstock, Ontario with his wife and three young kids. Ryan is involved with Pique on the operational side of the business, which includes working directly with the client, as well as working along side the trades during the renovation / construction portion of a project. Ryan is also a licensed real estate agent, acting as a sales person with Century 21 Heritage House Ltd. located in Woodstock, ON - (519) 539-5646.​​.
When he is not renovating or building new homes, he spends every second he can with his family - his wife Kerry, and their children - Annika, Jack, and Oliver.
